I recently stayed at Urban Sands Hotel for a few nights for leisure purposes. I was greeted warmly by the guard upon arrival and the staff throughout my stay were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are immaculately clean. The food served was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to explore different areas around the city. Despite being in the heart of the city, stepping into the hotel felt like being at a beachfront resort. Urban Sands Hotel is truly a hidden treasure.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had great amenities. The location is central and convenient, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by serving fresh lemonade or watermelon juice instead of mixed Tang juice.

The staff are super dope and made us feel at home. The rooms are fire, so clean and comfy. We had a blast chillin' by the pool and the breakfast was fire AF. The hotel is in a sick location, close to all the lit spots in Iloilo City. We had the wickedest time here!

Wish there was a sick rooftop party spot at the hotel. That would've taken our party game to the next level!

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and spotless room with a modern and attractive decor. the swimming pool was very convenient, and the complementary breakfast was plentiful and beyond satisfying. the staff was very accommodating.

I chose this hotel for a networking event and it provided excellent event facilities, including a conference center and a meeting room. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was set up smoothly. The overall experience was great for both business and leisure travelers.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a space specifically designed for work, with computers and printers available for guests.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating during my city break. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place as well as the great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the location, it was near key landmarks and attractions.

While there were some minor issues, like some of the towels having holes and a lack of mirrors in one of the rooms, they didn't significantly detract from my experience. The only real downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel's location, but once we arrived everything was great.
